PRINCSTER Inc. ("Princster", "we", "us") is a company incorporated in Delaware, USA. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit our website, contact us or use our alpha and beta products, and how we handle it.

Contact details (name, work email, company, message) when you use the contact form or request a pilot.
Account and usage data for alpha and beta users
Content you connect to the product, such as application URLs and recorded test runs

03How we use it

To respond to enquiries and arrange pilots and demos.
To provide, secure and improve our products.
To send service messages and, with your consent where required, product updates.
To comply with legal obligations and defend our rights.

04Legal bases (EEA / UK)

Where GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of a contract or steps before entering one; our legitimate interests in running and securing the business; your consent (which you can withdraw at any time); and compliance with legal obligations.

06Cookies and local storage

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies [confirm before launch]. We store two items in your browser's local storage:

theme: your light or dark mode preference.
splash-seen-at: a timestamp so the intro animation is shown at most once per hour.

Both stay on your device and are never sent to our servers. You can clear them in your browser settings at any time.

07Retention and international transfers

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above.

We are based in the United States and our providers may process data in other countries. Where required, we use safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

08Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to or restrict processing, to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA.

09Security and children

We use technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including encryption in transit and access controls [expand]. No system is perfectly secure.

Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children under 16.
