01Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Princster website and products (the "Service") provided by PRINCSTER Inc. ("Princster", "we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use it on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.
02The Service
Princster explores web applications, records interactions and generates runnable end-to-end tests. Some features are provided as alpha or beta versions and may change, be interrupted or be withdrawn without notice. Pre-release features are provided for evaluation only.
03Accounts and access
You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details and for activity under your account. Keep credentials confidential and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.
Only run Princster against applications and environments that you own or are authorised to test.
04Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the Service to attack, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to any system;
- test systems you are not authorised to test, or circumvent the Service's safety gates and network guards;
- upload malicious code or content that infringes the rights of others;
- reverse engineer the Service or use it to build a competing product, except where the law allows.
05Your content and data
You keep all rights in the applications, data and content you connect to the Service. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to provide and secure the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
06Intellectual property and feedback
We and our licensors own the Service, including software, models, design and documentation. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you.
If you give us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without restriction or obligation to you.
07Fees
Alpha and beta access is currently subject to a pilot agreement. If we introduce paid plans, prices, billing terms and renewal conditions will be presented before you are charged.
08Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that generated tests will detect every defect or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
09Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Princster will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
10Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
11Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update the Terms and will change the date above; continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.
